RAP RENTAL PROPERTIES
How Do I Apply?
Applications are at the RAP office. We also have an online application.
How much is the Application Fee?
Applications are free to turn in. We do not collect a fee until your app is next in line.
How Do I Know If I’ll Qualify?
You can find our Application Screening Guidelines under “Rental Application”
If I have Bad Credit, Can I still Apply?
We use your credit score to determine the security deposit.
How Much is the Deposit? 1 bedrooms start at $700, 2 bedrooms start at $900 etc.
Do You Accept Co-Signers?
No. If accepted and you lack rental history or credit, be prepared to pay an additional deposit.
Does RAP Accept Section 8?
Yes, please provide a copy of your abbreviated worksheet.
Does RAP Accept Felons? We require a written explanation. All applicants are considered for tenancy at the sole discretion of the owner.
Is Social Security a Source of Income?
Yes. Please read our Screening Guidelines.
Washer & Dryer Hook-Ups?
Most of our apartments have hook-ups. Chadwick, Mainstreet & Terrace have on-site laundry facilities.
Is Renter’s Insurance Required?
Yes. We allow 30-days for you to bring in your new policy.
Month-To-Month or Lease? One (1) year lease is required.
What Utilities Are Included? Water/Sewer/Garbage is included, except at Saddle Butte.
