How Do I Apply?
Applications are at the RAP office. We also have an online application.

What Is Available Now?

We typically do not have anything immediately available. We encourage you to fill out an application and get on our short waiting list. You can call or stop in the office to get up-to-date listings.

How much is the Application Fee?
Applications are free to turn in.

How Do I Know If I’ll Qualify?
You can find our Application Screening Guidelines under “Rental Application”

If I have Bad Credit, Can I still Apply?
We use your credit score to determine the security deposit. 

Do You Accept Co-Signers?
No. If you lack rental history or credit, be prepared to pay an additional deposit.

How Much Is The Deposit?
The deposit starts at a base rate.
Example: Rent $465 than security deposit will start at $700.

Does RAP Accept Section 8 or Ucan?
Yes, we accept both.

Is Social Security a Source of Income?
Yes. Please read our Guidelines under the “Rental Application” page.


Are Pets Allowed?
Some of our rentals are pet friendly. There are size & breed restrictions. Pet references, spayed/neutered & immunization records must be provided. Additional $500 deposit for approved pets.

Washer & Dryer Hook-Ups?
Most of our apartments have hook-ups. Chadwick, Main Street, Oakhill, Terrace & Winchester Court have on-site laundry facilities.

Is Renter’s Insurance Required?
Yes. We allow 30-days from your move-in date to bring in your new insurance policy.
